We launched our new Information and Support Service this year to help support anyone affected by terminal illness. The information and support is available through our web site, a telephone support line, this online community forum, and through booklets and leaflets.
It is really important to us that the Service is reaching as many people as possible and is providing information and support that helps those who need it. To find out if that is the case, we want to hear what you think and we are carrying out a short survey to help us do that.
